Romerse Biddle
President
The Academy for Public Service was founded in 2021 by Romerse Biddle. Tasked with creating a program that could implement his vision of civic duty and public service, Romerse went above and beyond by forming a nonprofit capable of overseeing multiple public service programs in multiple states that serves as a platform to develop the next generation of servant leaders.
